Product Introduction

Inconel 625 wire is a high-performance nickel-based alloy known for its exceptional corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability. It is composed of approximately 50% nickel, 21% chromium, along with small amounts of other elements such as iron and cobalt. This combination of elements provides Inconel 625 with outstanding resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, including acids, chlorides, and alkalis. The alloy's high nickel content ensures excellent resistance to oxidation and stress corrosion cracking, while the molybdenum and niobium enhance its strength and resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

Advantages and Characteristics

  1. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: Inconel 625 wire exhibits superior resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, including acids, chlorides, and alkalis.
  2. High-Temperature Performance: It maintains its mechanical properties at high temperatures, making it suitable for applications where components are exposed to extreme heat.
  3. Mechanical Strength: The alloy has high tensile strength and excellent fatigue resistance, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding chemical processes.
  4. Processing Flexibility: Inconel 625 wire can be easily fabricated into various shapes and forms, allowing for the creation of complex components that meet specific design requirements.

Usage

It widely used in following field:

1)Furnace components: heat treatment furnace flask and components.
