Marine and seawater applications: Hastelloy wire is utilized in marine environments, including seawater desalination plants, offshore platforms, and marine vessels. Its resistance to chloride-induced corrosion and pitting makes it ideal for these corrosive conditions.

 

Product Description and Application

 

45CT (PS45,NiCr44Ti)Sprayed Wire is used for fusion gas welding and tungsten inert gas welding, surfacing nickel-chromium alloy on Nickel iron chromium steel tubes and casting repair welding. The weld metal has the ability to resist high temperature corrosion and the smoke corrosion containing sulfur and alum in the air.
